Objective
The project consortium will provide guidelines for technology transfer, rules for IPR and license agreements and license models in nanotechnology development projects. There will be also a focus on European Research projects results valorisation plus other stakeholders such as researchers, Patent Offices, and the Commission.
The project approach is based on three main ideas:
- the construction of value chains for the different application areas considered at the EU nanotech strategy view,
- a multidisciplinary consortium formed by technical partners and IPR experts, and
- an iterative approach for evaluating IP and technology transfer models of specific applications, that will be validated by a panel of experts, in order to conclude best practices for nanotech developments
